Responsibilities:
- Manage and support clients using Amazon services.
- Handle Amazon account creation process and compliance.
- Assist with Amazon seller account optimization.
- Monitor account performance and make recommendations.
- Troubleshoot account-related concerns.
- Coordinate FBA process for wholesale clients.
- Assist with drop shipping or 3PL models on Amazon.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Respond to consumer queries and provide customer service.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong understanding of Amazon’s platform, policies, and guidelines.
- Knowledge of FBA wholesale, dropshipping, and 3PL models.
- Familiarity with Amazon suspension and reinstatement processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Amazon seller account management and related service support.
